We provide ultrasound and echocardiogram services for dogs, cats, and exotic pets primarily in the Charlotte, Lake Norman, and Triad regions of North Carolina, but are open to traveling to any clinics in the state. Our goal is to provide this advanced diagnostic tool to clients who cannot or do not want to pursue referral outside of your local clinic, and improve patient care in the process.

We use a state of the art Mindray Elite8 ultrasound unit to generate high quality images of patients. Ultrasounds are interpreted immediately while collecting images to provide fast, same day information to your clients. Detailed reports are sent within 24 hours, and a report from a board-certified Radiologist is available for an additional fee.

Providing a detailed look at the heart in dogs and cats with a report done by a Board-Certified Cardiologist. Offering this service in your hospital will help allow more patients to get echos faster while avoiding the long wait times and high cost associated with referral.

Do you need information on just one specific organ system? We are happy to provide abbreviated Urinary and Hepatobiliary System ultrasounds at a reduced, affordable cost to help service more clients and their diagnostic needs.

Fine needle aspirates of masses, the liver, spleen, lymph nodes, and other organ systems can provide critical diagnostic information. Sedation and client approval are required for FNA's, but we are happy to wait on approval during scans when unexpected masses or abnormalities arise.

Dr. Bloomer has extensive experience with exotics like reptiles, small mammals, and birds, and is happy to provide ultrasound services to these patients. Cost and extensive travel are often barriers to getting exotics advanced diagnostics, so bringing mobile ultrasound services right to your clinic can significantly improve patient care.
